TECHNIQUE & CONDITIONING

BEING FIGHT READY IS ABOUT MAINTAINING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE AND PUSHING TO REACH YOUR FITNESS GOALS. TECHNIQUE & CONDITIONING IS AN ALL LEVELS CLASS THAT COMBINES KICKBOXING AND MUAY THAI WORKOUT TECHNIQUES WITH FUNCTIONAL CALISTHENICS. THIS INTENSE WORKOUT BEGINS WITH A WARM UP, FOLLOWED BY 10 ROUNDS ON THE HEAVY BAG AND CONDITIONING CIRCUITS, ENDING WITH COOL DOWN AND STRETCHING TO ENSURE PROPER RECOVERY. 

THIS CLASS IMPLEMENTS PRO-FIGHTING BAG WORK AND CONDITIONING ROUTINES THAT CHALLENGE BOTH THE FIRST TIME STUDENTS AS WELL AS SEASONED PROFESSIONALS. ALL MOVEMENTS ARE AIMED TO STRENGTHEN YOUR FULL BODY AND KICKBOXING SKILLSET WITH A POSITIVE MINDSET.

PADS & DRILLS

HIT & HOLD. PADS & DRILLS IS AN ALL LEVEL CLASS FOCUSED ON UNIQUE STANDUP KICKBOXING AND MUAY THAI TRAINING. THIS CLASS UTILIZES THAI PADS, BELLY PADS, AND FOCUS MITTS IN PARTNER ROTATION DRILLS TO DEVELOP PROPER TECHNIQUES AND COMBINATION TRAINING ALL WHILE GETTING AN INTENSE WORKOUT.

SPARRING & CLINCH

*Experience required - NOT available for Free Trial Class*

SPARRING & CLINCH WORKS SPORT SPECIFIC PARTNER DRILLS FOLLOWED BY LIGHT TECHNICAL CONTACT SPARRING CURATED TO THE STUDENT'S LEVEL. CLASS WILL BE SPENT PRACTICING PARTNER DRILLS WITH A FOCUS ON OFFENSIVE, DEFENSIVE, AND IN THE RING TECHNIQUES NEEDED IN COMPETITION AND KICKBOXING STRATEGY. 

THE SECOND COMPONENT OF THIS CLASS IS CLINCH. OFTEN OVERLOOKED, CLINCH IS A UNIQUE STYLE OF STAND-UP, NECK WRESTLING WITH A FOCUS ON KNEES, ELBOWS, CATCHES, AND SWEEPS INTEGRAL TO MUAY THAI.

NOT LOOKING TO COMPETE, NO PROBLEM. AMPLIFY YOUR KICKBOXING SKILLS, FORM, AND FITNESS IN THIS INTENSE, FUNCTIONAL WORKOUT.

JIU- JITSU: NO GI

NO GI JIU-JITSU is an ALL LEVEL class comprised of drills and positional focused sparring based for no gi jiu jitsu. Jiu Jitsu is a constantly evolving form of grappling, learn relevant technique from the modern competition game, broken down conceptually so anyone from hobbyist to competitor can feel comfortable on the mats.

Classes offer individual attention that lead to personalized teaching for your level of experience and body type. Learn from an experienced competitor and teacher, no matter your level of experience.


Gear Recommended: rash guard or T shirt, shorts and/or spats.
