MEMBERSHIP PAUSES
Our goal is to offer flexibility for our members while upholding a consistent service standard.
Here are the details of our membership pause policy:
Notice Period: Members can request a pause in their membership by giving at least 5 days' notice before the renewal date of their next billing cycle.
Pause Duration: A monthly membership may be paused for a single one month period, only one time per year.
Exceptions for Medical Reasons or Injury: We understand that unexpected medical issues or injuries can occur. In such cases, we are prepared to make exceptions to the above terms. Members facing these situations are encouraged to contact us directly to discuss accommodations tailored to their specific needs.
This policy is designed to provide necessary flexibility for unforeseen life events, while also enabling us to manage and maintain the high
quality of our services effectively.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel a monthly membership with a minimum of 5-day notice from renewal date
